"A wonderful place to stay. The room and hotel was clean and fresh. The outside of the building could do with a little fixing up but don't let that stop U staying here. Staff are wonderful and helpful. We will be back."

Hidden Charge for Damage Waiver
"Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund."
