"Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff.
The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful.

Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough.
The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break.

Unfortunately, despite staying at one of the most expensive suites, treatment and spa slots were not reserved or offered so we missed out on treatments due to no availability. In addition, the orchard suite, which was recommended for its privacy felt a bit like a basement, and its outdoor bathtub was overlooked by the suite balconies above. "
"Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%"
