"The staff at the front desk were amazing. Everyone was so friendly when we checked in and checked out and when we purchased something from the gift shop. The hotel was conveniently located to Gare de Nord train station, and there a bunch of restaurants near by to walk to. The rooms were clean and we loved the decor. It was a really excellent hotel to stay in and we can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for the great stay! "

"Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and amazing location on the steps of Gare du Nord. There is a railway theme in the hotel with a station waiting room theme breakfast room and even a model railway running around the lobby! They are happy to store your luggage if you arrive early or need to leave after checkout. Bathroom was spotless with wonderful shower. Despite being in busy area there was zero street noise. "Everything in the hotel feels special. The staff always are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The hotel smells amazing, a scent which apparently is designed specifically for the hotel. Housekeeping come to the room twice a day - once in the morning/early afternoon (as normal) and once in the evening, just to ask if you need any cleaning, or otherwise to bring you an eye mask and a relaxation sweet to help you sleep.
