"First impressions are not great. Sidewalk all crumbling and vagrants sitting up and down the block. Lobby was fine but not anything special. Rooms were wonderful. Clean modern and well appointed. Location was easily accessible to most of the city. Overall I would say we had a good experience."

"The room was fine although the window with a view of the park and river was small and the desk sat in front of it. The terrace was nice but closed for painting one of the two nights we were there. It also had a sign on the door that you couldn't take your own alcohol onto the Terrace. They sell wine there, but we don't drink wine and yet couldn't take our own beer up there. The room was in a great location and above average in price so I felt it was petty to not allow it."
