"My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!"

"We didn't eat in the restaurant because there are plenty of options locally, including breakfast bakeries. The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, and the bathroom facilities were ideal. "

The man on reception who had been at the hotel for 25 years was fantastic and very good at hus job. He answered lots of our questions and made our stay extra special. Breakfast was first class.
