"Hotel Haya provided a 5/5 experience even for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the amenities were exemplary, but best overall what a lovely room! A Corner Suite with the balcony provided just the view we needed along with plenty of space for our special night. I can't wait to come back! Thanks for the champagne too."

"Personal was courteous place was clean and in working order pool area is large and inviting. Average renew older hotel that won’t break the bank if you want luxury go elsewhere if you want savings this is a great spot. Only thing is please improve the Coffee in breakfast room it taste like water Pet friendly "

"I am so grateful for the gentleman that checked me in Saturday evening!! This was the best customer service experience and I left my phone at the front desk and he made sure to deliver it before I even knew it was missing!! Such a relief to be at an honest establishment, with nice cold, clean rooms!! The housekeeping staff deserve an award! I truly appreciated how clean everything was! The hotel could use some updating in certain areas but the customer service, housekeeping, property views by the pool (pretty exotic birds) just made this a great spot in Tampa! Please keep up the great hospitality and huge hugs to housekeeping m! not many hotels get this part right but country inn (those I’ve visited) have the best housekeeping teams; housekeeping teams are the all-stars of hotels!
