The outlets were broken, along with shower curtain, and toilet seat! The fridge started leaking out water and we had no phone in the room! There was a party happen next door

Employees were polite. Room smelled of cigarettes and mold. Hardly any water pressure in the shower, hallways were humid when coming in. No laundry facility like it states. You can hear quite literally anything and everything through the walls, not much of a bother for me personally. Quite expensive for what it was. At least the A/C was cold. I would not stay here again.

Elevator sounded like it was going to break! Hall ways smelt like piss! Found cockroach in our room as soon as we got there! Dog wouldn’t shut up beside our room for the 5 minutes we were in there before leaving!

The only good things to say about this hotel is the check-in guy was nice enough and the sheets appeared clean. Other than that, it was terrible. Old, rundown, decrepit. There is a sign that says it’s independently owned and operated from Days Inn, and Days Inn should be horrified to let them use their name. Typical Days Inns I’ve stayed in are clean, relatively updated (within the last 10 years, I’m not overly picky) and at least somewhat modern. There are no words to really describe the horrible state this room was in. It did appear to be clean, but it was hard to tell since it was so old, tiles were cracked and Floors were damaged. Couch seemed to be from the 90’s and I would not sit on it, all the furniture has stains and splatters on them. The only reason I stayed is because it was a last minute booking due to flight cancellation and I was only needing it for 6 hours by the time I got there at 10pm after waiting in the airport all day and having to leave at 4 am for my new flight. The bed looked clean and well-made, but the sheets were scratchy and the mattress terrible. I probably would have gotten more sleep at the airport. It was $125, so I didn’t expect a lot, but this was pretty surprisingly bad compared to others I’ve stayed in under similar circumstances and price ranges. Lobby was gross and outdated. Pool dirty, not that I was going to use it but I walked by since it’s by the front door and it was in awful shape too.

Customer service wasn't great. I'm still waiting for my receipt front the front desk. After they charged me a hundred dollars to check in after I already payed in advance. I still haven't received a refund for that amount.
