"Outstanding hotel. Really nice room, with fantastic buffet breakfast selection - which is well worth it so you don’t have to travel into the city centre. The pool is a perfect temperature and the gym is the best hotel gym we’ve visited.
The staff on the front desk are very friendly. The only downside is the waiters in the restaurant (Santa Maria); we had two men who were very unfriendly and rude. This was very disappointing, especially given they automatically add a service charge to the bill....

Front desk staff always willing to help. Also the coffee machine was available until 11:00 pm as well as hot tea. All in all, I was very pleased and will return soon. It was in the city center close to all the sights."
