The hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and supermarkets. Short drive to the city center and only 30 min drive to the airport. Nice and clean will definitely stay again

We loved our stay at Vertice! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were extraordinary, very helpful and informative about tourist attractions as well as guiding us to transportation. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, juices, fruits, and more, and we enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the pool. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are with family.

Away from city center but good location if you have a car. Parking was easy with a fee but there was also street parking. Small shopping center nearby with restaurant/movie theatre

Very Clean Hotel and rooms. The Public Transport ist a bit decent and a fridge in the rooms for hot Summer days would be great. Staff was perfekt and very polite and helpful. Very quiet although Highway ist Close by.

Well pleased

We were well pleased with the size of the room. Plenty of space and has small kitchen. The breakfast far exceeds continental breakfasts in American hotels. Definitely would go there again.

It was just a stopover for a night while travelling. It was easy access from the highway. We were able to park, relax and have a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. There was good variety for breakfast but the food could have been hotter.

This is not a 4-star hotel, even though the lobby looks nice. Details below - Cleanliness: My bathroom tub had visible peeling and rust, and it looked like a bunch of caulk was slapped on to hide dirt and age — a poor attempt at renovation. The shower grout had black mold/mildew that came off easily with a scratch, so I don’t understand why housekeeping misses it. They seem to do the bare minimum. Dirt and luxury cannot coexist. A standard room should be as clean as a suite. Facilities: Guests can’t control the air conditioner temperature. Seville is hot in October, and 22°C was the lowest setting, with barely any air flow. I ended up sweating through two nights until I requested a mobile AC/fan, which made all the difference. The pool, however, was a lovely amenity - clean, relaxing, and one of the few highlights of my stay. Noise: You’ll hear hallway chatter and doors slamming. The hotel should invest in soft-close doors and better soundproofing. Staff: Staff were helpful and responsive, though I’d recommend having a bilingual person at the front desk more consistently to assist tourists.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights on a half board regime. Unfortunately the check in was really poor. There was a lady who clearly does not have qualifications to work at the reception. First we arrived at 2.30 ( spanish time) and the rooms were not available yet. No time was given to when would they make it ready and assumed we were ok with this or this is a normal practice when check in is from 2pm. No apologies offered, only offered to leave our bags at the luggage area. No explanations given about tje hotel. Very poor and disappointing start! Half board is a joke. Main course is very small portions and you cannot even read anywhere what are the options and what does it contain. If you are lucky to have a nice person serving you like we had our first night then you might enjoy. Second night we had a young man who does not have a clue how to serve food or behave with guests. It just makes you want to leave and never come back. Breakfast is OK. Nothing too Wow for a 4 start hotel, which clearly is a 3* pretending to be a 4*. Rooms are spacious but the room cleaning service is just making beds and wipe of toilet. Floor is not hoovered! Did not go to the pool area so cannot comment. There is a coffee room downstairs near the reception but again very badly kept. Makes you feel unwelcome! Not a place to enjoy the hotel but ok to visit and do like bed and breakfast. There is free parking outside so is a bonus.

Cannot fault the restaurant staff Lovely people and food excellent The hotel is blended with apartments that are often semi permanently rented. This means dog noise and smoking around the rooms. Noise transmission is really bad. We arrived middle of October in 29degrees and told the pool was closed for refurbishment. We stayed in both the hotel and apartments, hotel rooms are nice enough but quite worn. The apartment was really worn out and many broken fittings. It was dirty and needed a refit. The Vértice and apartours are over priced for what they provide. Domocentre apartments 500 meters away are much nicer and better value. Sorry Vertice. :(

Nice hotel with room for improvement!

This is a very nice hotel located close to Seville, we had a car so it took us 15 minutes to get to the Center. The only issue we had was the silverfish in the cabinet of the kitchenette, it made us feel the place is not clean and made us not wanting to use the kitchen. I believe they can spray the rooms to get rid of the insects. Breakfast was included but not the best we have had.
