The pool is a perfect temperature and the gym is the best hotel gym we’ve visited. The staff on the front desk are very friendly. The only downside is the waiters in the restaurant (Santa Maria); we had two men who were very unfriendly and rude. This was very disappointing, especially given they automatically add a service charge to the bill....
