A lovely bistro hotel set in a lovely suburb of Seville. A beautiful property with clean and well equipped rooms, we had a fabulous balcony too. An excellent cafe bar with excellent food and drinks at good prices.

A bit far from the city center. Very clean and modern. Staff was very pleasant. Easy check in and out. The restaurant was ok. Sometimes the waiter was out in left field. Overall very nice.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel is close to the city center by bus. The rooms were clean and spacious. If I come again, I would stay here again. The food was also both reasonably priced and delicious.

The property is situated outside the city center, so we arranged for an Uber to take us downtown. The street is pleasantly quiet and clean, making it safe to walk at night.

A Nice, Quiet Residential Area

The hotel was just lovely. Very nicely decorated, with lots of bright light. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Note that it is not in the tourist area of town, and very little English is spoken in the area. We didn’t mind, we liked the quiet and authenticity.

The hotel is perfect if you like to visit Sevilla, and prefer not to be in the middle of the busy crowd or safe some money and experience the local atmosphere. The bus ride to the city centre was only 15 minutes. The procession of the town during the Semana Santa was extremely special due to the smaller size of the local community. The room was very spacious and EXTREMELY clean. The only downside were the thin walls and missing sound insulation, we were able to hear the neighbors water running, bathroom fan, suitcases in the morning etc. but this can easily be fixed with ear plug. Would stay there again.

Mixed experience overall. On the one hand - the hotel is really nice. It's clean and well-maintained. The staff is nice, friendly, and speaks English, which is a rarity in Spain. On the other hand - no hotel parking, just a paid public parking nearby, one of the elevators (the more convenient one) was not working, and room numbering was done by a drunken architect (no logic whatsoever). And the final, biggest issue was smoking. The hotel was no smoking, the room was no smoking, but no one really enforced that, which ended up in a horrible smoking smell in the room. We had to open the balcony just so we could breathe. Honestly, it would have been 5 star if not for that.
