"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!"
