"We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic staff, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great atmosphere, what we were expecting for our stay. Food was lovely also. Very pleased that we were able to take our dog Luna, she was very much loved by not only the staff but the customers. We stayed for two nights and was able to sleep very well. Really lovely staff"

"I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!). "The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The location was close to Swansea Museum. It was not far from the Marina and the National Waterfront Museum as well as Plantasia and a walk away from Wind Street."
