"I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking. Lobby staff was friendly, Israeli breakfast spread was amazing and the location cannot be beat. Yaffo/Ben Yehuda right outside hotel, and was within walking distance to Old City. Would definitely stay here again. "
