"A true luxury hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. A short walk to the Old City and the religious sites for all visitors. For those with a car, especially staying over Sabbath, ample underground secure parking. Provisions also for services during Shabbat. Great views from the roof top swimming pool. Tours and public transportation very near by. Lots of fine shopping too on weekdays. This hotel is a favorite of organized tour groups so advanced booking recommended."

"I only stayed for one night before traveling, and the room they gave me was adequate. There was some noise from the outside that was a bit annoying in the morning, however, you are in Jerusalem and there is construction everywhere so it is to be expected. My only complaint about the room is that they did not supply some plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. They did leave a glass by the sink, but I prefer not to use a hand washed glass (there are numerous videos on the Internet about why not to use them.). The breakfast voucher they supplied was for a café downstairs, in which the food was excellent."

"If you're looking for a no-frills, comfortable spot in a great Jerusalem location, this is the place for you. Located steps from Ben-Yehudah St. (with many restaurants) and the light rail, this spot is ideal for a solo traveler, or with a companion. Mattresses are comfortable (though the towels could be a bit larger), the showers are good, and the check-in/check-out process is straightforward. Looking forward to staying here again."
