"Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was excellent and parking for 48 hours is included. But.. do not stay in a heatwave like we did. I know it’s a rare occurrence, but in the summer, this must be a real issue. The windows do not open effectively (tiny gap) and although a fan is provided, it really did nothing. A winter hotel for me for sure."

"Parking was tightand could have been communicaed before we got to the venue as theres no legal parking outside to go in and ask. Decent accomodation tho and very clean. The blinds in the appartment were a bit poor tho as lots of slats were missing and peopel across in the other fats could see in."

"Nice hotel, staff were pleasant on check in. Room easy to find. I like the darker look of the room, it’s easier for me to sleep. However unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well as the room was just so hot. There was a desk fan thankfully, it’s just unfortunate that the weather was warm & so we were only pushing around hot air. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Decent sized room. Slight noise from other hotel room doors banging shut, but not much can be done about that. The location of the hotel...

"It was OK. Bed was comfy but the room could have done with a proper deep clean. Bathroom although seemingly clean on surface smelt like wee and we had blood on our curtains (we didn’t see this until the morning) - we would have asked to have moved rooms if spotted when we checked in. We were just in a rush at check in to drop bags and get to a concert. Location is good."
