"The reception staff (Liz and Marianne) were very welcoming. Spotless throughout the hotel. Room spacious and very clean. Everything one needs for a stay. Shower nice and warm and strong. The housekeeping even though it’s not daily, they do come and check if you need anything. Free coffees and water on first floor 24/7. The hotel is smack bang in the city centre with every kind of shop on your doorstep. Secure entrance for late nights out. The Lime Street rail station just minutes away. Plenty of taxis around. City is mostly walkable. Definitely will return to Citadines Liverpool again. "

We loved the size of the room, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room service we ordered. All the staff we met were lovely and so helpful. The spa was absolutely amazing. So relaxing!
