"The rooms were very clean and spotless but the sizes are relatively small, less than 100 square feet for sure. The rooms has no closet and no space to keep the bags. Its probably good for a single person. You have to carry all your bags through the stairs so take small bags only. The breakfast is made fresh everyday and very good. Its situated in a great lication."

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"Not only the OCA Flores hotel was perfectly located on a pedestrian street (cabs are allowed to drive on these street to drop you off) in the middle of Porto, but the staff was wonderful. They offered tons of valuable advices such as things to do (one of our favorite was to walk all the way to the beach town and take the old cable car back), transportation options (the Sao Bento train station is a 10 minutes walk and allows you to reach the main train station), and dinner options. "The room was very clean, well designed and reasonably priced. It was evident that the whole part apartment had been recently remodeled everything reflected it. It was perfect for us. You could tell that the staff really cared about keeping the apartment guest ready."
