"Hotel is very upscale and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly nice and helpful (they significantly stepped up and helped us with a minor medical problem my daughter had upon checkin). The rooms are a smaller size comparable to other large city hotels, but are feature packed, very updated and very comfortable."

"Room was clean and available at promised time. We didn't have cleaning service, but I was able to get new towels when requested. 2 minute walk from Victoria Station, easy to get around London from there!"
