"Nice hotel, beautiful strip of homes, nice to downtown, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were hot even with plug in fans. If you get an upper room where the heat warms your room, try to get lower rooms. Small Tight spaces, but it worked for us. No elevator for heavy bags, but overall, good place."

"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
