"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

"I stayed one night at Margaritaville Resort Times Square and had a great experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Times Square and very convenient for walking to many attractions and public transportation.
The hotel is clean, modern, and has a fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming during my stay.
The rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for New York City hotels. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

"Did not use the gym. We bought coffee at the shop downstairs because the breakfast lines were much too long at the times we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, noise level was good. Shower was hot but does have to run for a long time to get hot as opposed to warm-hot. We used a plastic tablecloth and wall putty to cover the shower wall as the shadow show would have been an issue for us. Great location! Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Plenty of closet space. Wish there was a microwave in the room....

"I was stuck here during the blizzard of ‘26. It was fine. The room was hot but the window opened. Being unable to manage the temperature in early menopause is my only complaint. Brooklyn Diner was open and the food was great as well as the bloody Mary! "
