"Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."

"Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. "The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. "Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. "Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
