"We loved everything! The free amenities were great quality, the free breakfast was delicious, the staff was super friendly! The nearest train station was only a 7 min walk away. There was a big plaza with many dining options right behind the hotel, which we loved as well! We would love to stay here again! "

"The only con I have to mention about this hotel is that exits really aren't labeled clearly. Yokohama is massive station and depending on which transit system you're using, you MAY have to climb a flight of stairs, walk across aong path, before you can get to a hotel. If you're taking the city's subway or JR or Keikyu you'll be fine. This is something the hotel can consider offering to guests but I guess since this is primarily a business hotel the idea isn't to always cater to tourists. I had a...

"Excelente custo benefício. Hotel fica numa região boa de Tóquio, oferecendo vários restaurantes e mesmo bares noturnos. O metrô fica poucos metros do hotel, podendo ter acesso fácil aos demais pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom (então aconselho a colocarem na opção de reserva). Não é um hotel de luxo, mas para Tóquio com estadias que são bem mais caras, esse hotel valeu a pena. "
