Fantastic apartment!

Excellent apartment overall. The place was spotless and had all the required amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The service from Belen was great too. The location is a bit far from all the attractions, but if you want an awesome place to come back to after a long day of walking, this is it.

Lovely property, comfortable rooms and easy to follow instructions. We did however find ants in the room, something the management should look into. Other than that, it was exactly what we wanted, cosy and affordable!

We booked the room on the top floor that came with a cozy terrace, a wonderful place to sip coffee and admire the view in the morning.The place was really clean and beds were very comfortable. The area is nice and there are a few nice dining options around, while a Conad supermarket is also close by. The tram #8 station is only a two-minutes walk away and the tram takes some 25-30 min to drop you off right at Piazza Venezia from where you can easily access all major sites. Overall, it was a nice stay and we were super happy with this place.

We were put in the basement room and It smelled like sewer, it was cold and humid. The staff weren’t so bad. Only accessible (virtually) but available to an extent. I would never have booked it knowing that the room was in the basement. It’s a non-starter. Unfortunately, they only offered an inconvenience of a choice- sleep 2 nights in one room and another 2 nights in a completely different room. All of which is very inconvenient and most importantly didn’t offer the accommodations we originally booked. We booked a room that sleeps 3. The room they suggested only sleeps 2. So we had to put up with the clogged slow drain and awful smell. The linens we arrived upon were dirty, and there were no pillow covers, so we were told to sleep in another room for the first night so they could put fresh bedding on, and apologized. I must say that other room was very decent compared to our basement room. They did have coffee and tea in the common area for the guest which was nice. They also provided slippers for those cold floors and some fresh beverages in the room. They also had a cute little wrap around garden. All in all if we weren’t placed in the basement we might have enjoyed our stay much better.

This was almost a perfect stay. The facilities were awesome, the receptionist was super nice, helpful and always available by whatsapp call/text. Left me a complimentary bottle of champagne in the bedroom. Full kitchen, patio, dishwasher, etc. The only issue was that you needed your phone to access the property. There is no concierge on site, and there is a website that they use to unlock the gate/front door/room door. If there was a physical key it would be perfect, but my phone died while I was out one night and I nearly was unable to access the room.

Smooth check-in process. Modern and well equipped place. Great location! Could get the tram or bus to any where from close by stops. Very service oriented staff but not perfect. Had problems with the air conditioning. It worked for a total of 12 hours during a 7 day stay. Rome can get very hot and after a day out, you come home to a humid sauna. Apparently if another guest in the building changes the settings on their unit, it blocked our suite’s A/C. And it’s not easy to sleep with open windows due to traffic and ambulances of the nearby hospital. Their staff were always quick to respond to any questions over WhatsApp and they were doing their best. Free parking on the street nearby which was a huge plus. Easy location to get to without running into traffic. Very nice little garden outside to enjoy.
