Hotel is old and in need of maintenance. Very noisy, cant open the windows for fresh air because the noise is too much. Room is old, tired, and bathroom all patched up and was not very clean. There was a group of teenagers running around in the hallways and knocking on doors all night, so I got no sleep at all.

La habitación no era lo esperado, paredes rozadas y manchadas dando una sensación de abandono y falta de hospitalidad increibles. El baño tres cuartas de lo mismo, el cabezal de la ducha no había donde sujetarlo haciendo de la ducha una tarea poco placentera, por cierto no había cortinas ni nada para evitar que se saliera el agua fuera de la bañera. El embellecedor del interruptor se caía. La televisión estaba desenchufada de la corriente eléctrica y de la toma de antena. Nos quejamos en recepción y nos ofrecían una habitación exactamente igual, en fin .... resignación y una sensación de sentirte estafado muy grande. Estas situaciones en paises extranjeros es más complicada.

I didn’t stay a single night here bc I booked it at 4a, arrived at 11a to learn that they do not accept dogs and I would not get a refund NOR credit note bc I chose the non-refundable rate. Expedia staff called daily for 1week to either receive “That’s our policy.” response or no response at all. BUYER BEWARE.

We stayed here for 15 days on a vacation to Rome. The location is a god send, it's directly across from the main terminal so you don't have to wander the streets. The breakfast was all you can eat but standard fare, nothing special. If you're not used to the stuff it can be kind of bland & samey but you get what you pay for. The room was perfectly adequate. Cleaned daily and provided with fresh towels. All in all a very good experience. ***Special shout out to front desk agent Luana. Who helped us book bus tickets and helped me find a cool night club.***

It was a small room but the view was beautiful. The front desk people were very nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is exceptional, just few steps of the train station. The breakfast is good with many items to choose. Even though the room was small it had everything we needed. Extra blankets and extra pillows.. wi fi was good. We never try the TV. Our room was.in the 7th floor and was quiet and nice. The surrounding area have many restaurants and shopping stores..The only thing was the shower. The shower floor is higher than the bathroom floor so getting out is tricky. So be careful. I loved the hotel and we will stay again.

It was a short visit, as I had my flight early in the morning, so I can't say anything about the breakfast. But it is very clean, quiet, staff is very polite, the location is amazing. I've read reviews that they had small rooms, I'm pretty sure I got one of those, but it was in perfect conditions, not sure why someone would complain about this as I can't see how it would impact.
