The location of this hotel couldn't be better....right in the heart of many shops, restaurants and historic buildings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There isn't a kitchen onsite so no food service was available, but restaurants were literally steps away.

Property was amazing, beautiful large room with great view of the café de la Pace next-door. It was centrally located next to Navona and easy to get everywhere. Make sure you put on your walking shoes because it’s connects from one piazza to another. Rooms are very clean and updated. You I will go back in the future. It was a great experience.

We had an excellent stay at Palazzo Gambirasi and would happily give it 5 stars. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bathroom had been recently updated and was modern, spotless, and a real pleasure to use. The location could not have been better. Palazzo Gambirasi is right in the heart of historic Rome, within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, beautiful streets, cafés, restaurants, and many of Rome’s major sights. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. A special thank you to Daniele, who made our check-in smooth and easy and was very welcoming and helpful. The friendly staff added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Palazzo Gambirasi to anyone visiting Rome. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location made it a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return.

This room was a gem. I enjoyed the drama of opening the curtains to see the gorgeous Galleria Umberto right outside. Excellent romantic room for couples.

If you are choosing between this and another hotel in Rome, I strongly suggest you choose the other one. While the hotel seems like a lovely place from the listing photos, my experience with the hotel's management with regard to my booking was shockingly negative and disappointing, and I imagine the extreme inflexibility and lack of concern they demonstrated to me would likely be reflected in other ways they treat their guests. Without going into all the details, the hotel refused to make any concession with regard to my 5-night booking which I was unable to use due to an emergency situation, charged me for the FULL amount of the stay, and refused even to provide some sort of credit or discount for a future stay, which the hotel manager had initially stated they would do. I have stayed at many wonderful hotels in Rome and never experienced anything like this. You would do well to choose another place to stay.

Sentralt og nydelig sted i gamlebyen. Anbefales! Nyoppusset og renovert. De ansatte var kjempehyggelig og hjelpsomme! Anbefaler en prat med de i lobbyen vis man vil spise ute på en finere restaurant. Hotellet ordnet Reservasjon på Michelin restaurant samme dag.
