The hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities. There is a lift, regular housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. It’s location is superb - from restaurant and fine dining to the best pasta five minutes away, the bus at the doorstep and the Vatican City and subway station round the corner, the place couldn’t be better located. The staff are all new (not sure why) but they are excellent. Special mention of Valentina, Chelsea and Thierry. We are grateful for your help in making our stay so comfortable.

This hotel was AWFUL nothing on the Expedia website was true. It was dirty there was NO restaurant, bar, blanket, soap, tissues, HOT WATER, the refrigerator was broken and no ice available. We spent 3 hrs of our day getting the shower, sink and refrigerator fixed. The pictures on the sight were all fake or out dated. The staff was nice but we could tell they were embarrassed, having to make excuses for everything. Shopping nearby was convenient because we had to go buy everything we needed. The only thing that worked was the WiFi…DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It is situated in a great position for convenience and bus routes outside the hotel on both side the road and 2min walk from the Vatican and many restaurants are it too and the staff are friendly I live the decor (indian chief motorbike) in courtyard and the old fashioned American cash register and Vespa moped on the wall in the Zen room It’s creates a soft relaxing atmosphere and would recommend

Bad room conditions, but nice service and clean.

We were met by a nice guy at the reception. We came a bit early to check in, but the guy let us store our luggage. Our room was dark and not so cozy. We upgraded to suite for 100€. The room was bigger, but not cozy. Not worth 100€. We got clean towels every day and the room service made the room tidy every day. The receptionists were nice and helpfull.

The location is near the main locations with access to the other ones since the bus stations are nearby. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable.

Rome is Great

The arrival was super, good informations, we asked for a good restaurant near-by andthe advice was so good that we 6 out of 7 nights went to that restaurant. The room was well cleaned every day. We enjoyed Orange Hotel

The room was safe and fairly clean. There has been an attempt to fix up the building with some reno's Lots of food choices within walking distance. The orange sign helps find the hotel. Over all it was a good stay, Throughout or trip in Italy we have seen a lot of rooms and this wasn't the worst we have seen.
