Excellent location! Attractions and restaurants near the hotel. Quiet place, no noise at night. We stayed at the Annex Building, and it didn’t feel part of the hotel. In terms of facilities it was very limited.

I am so glad I picked this hotel for our night in Rome!! The Hotel Duca d'Alba is hidden on a side street but is located in the heart of the Monti district. It was a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and a 15-20 minute walk to Roma Termini. Our room was impeccably clean and the bathroom facilities felt new. There were double-paned windows to block out the noise from the restaurants and bars below (there is quiet a bit of music outside on Friday nights, though, that may require earplugs), and the bed was exceptonally comfortable. We were able to check in two hours early - which was great because there was a sudden downpour when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and ordering us a cab to the airport. I will definitely stay here again!

In the heart of Monti, near the Cavour Metro stop, a busy little street but our room was very quiet. The rooms are small, but fine fresh sheets every day on the comfortable bed. Not a luxury hotel, but a decent value for Rome.

Great great location. Walkable to the metro at the end of the street, and puts you in the heart of Rome. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Expect a small room size like elsewhere in Europe. Great spots for pizza or gelato all within a 1-2 min walk. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was small but clean and in a great location. A 10 min walk to the Colosseum but good transport links for the rest of the city. Only downside was breakfast - very basic and at €15 pp there is much better value elsewhere.
