5/5 for the kind and helpful staff - but unfortunately I had to change the room 2 times so I have to give 4/5. My first room was hot like a sauna and the A/C didn’t work. The second room smelled like cigarettes. Third room was good. Too much plastic-packed food at breakfast, less plastic and more fresh would be better also for the nature. Women with long hair should notice that the showers don’t have hand-held shower heads - not ideal but they do offer shower caps. Rooms were cleaned well. Overall atmosphere was calm and safe.

Hotel was super clean and greeted by friendly staff. The hotel was located from walking distance to convenience stores, and restaurants. I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were smaller than what I thought. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. They do offer breakfast from 7 to 10 A.M. for seven euros per person.

The hotel is ok, and the room is good; however, during the booking it was said that there was a parking available, and when we arrived there wasn’t… only five spots for the whole hotel. They said we supposed to reserve a parking spot, but there wasn’t anything saying that we had to do this. And the attendant of the reception was very rude…

Since the municipal code in Rome doesn’t allow the heaters turn on the room was freezing! Had to insist the staff who are not friendly to provide us a portable heater. It was a cold night in Rome. Also parking is tough and expensive and the hotel is tight quarters.

Cleanliness, customer service and breakfast was amazing. Only wish there were more/ better toiletries and the shower was very small and tight. There was also a step into the bathroom which was a tripping hazard (our room was small to save money.)

Basic hotel

Reception area is pleasant, service is good. Our superior room was very basic and tired. The noise travels from the outside and within the hotel so sleep doesn’t come easy.

Stay away

Staff members in this hotel are very polite and try to make sure that guests feel comfortable and have anything they need. However, many things are beyond their control. The rooms are in poor condition and in need of repair. Paper thin walls so I could hear everything happening in the rooms around me, TV offers only Italian tv channels with no smart tv present (it’s 2024 time to upgrade), so I couldn’t even drown out all the sex noises by watching a movie… barely working shower. What made me angry the most was the advertised bar was closed and advertised coffee shop / lounge was just a wending machine. However, staff members tried to accommodate me as well as they could and promptly found a kettle for my room.

Mi hanno sistemato in un albergo della stessa proprietà a pochi metri. Un 4 stelle che peccato era piuttosto fatiscente e senza nessuna riconoscenza per il disturbo. Peccato perché la volta precedente mi ero trovato bene.

El hotel está cercano a una parada de autobús lo cual facilita llegar a diferentes destinos. El hotel es muy sencillo pero por el precio y ubicación está bien, hay algunos market a minutos caminando lo cual es muy útil. La atención del personal muy buena y dispuestos a resolver todas nuestras dudas.

Gostamos da localização, pois é muito tranquila essa região. Os funcionários foram muito gentis, especialmente o Cristiano que nos ajudou em várias situações. Também, dali era possível se movimentar bem para outros lugares de Roma através de ônibus que circulam na região. Eu voltaria lá!
