"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"For £35/ night, I was quietly impressed. It was clean (sheets were clean). Maybe good if they cleaned mattress protectors. I did inspect whole bed, was concerned for the price, that there might be bed bugs. But thankfully none. It was quiet too. The price is unbeatable, and for easy convenient travel to Luton airport, it was perfect. Thank you overall. "

"Staff were polite and helpful, the room was serviceable and quiet. The furnishings looked quite tired though, both the rooms and hotel in general could probably use some renovation.
