"The Templeton Garden was a good pick for us. Good location, restaurants and stores nearby and Earl's Court Tube station. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom and maybe nothing could be done about it. The doors (shower, main) were so tight to each other you had to be skinny to get to the toilet. But the sink, shower and toilet were fine. Slept well in a fairly large room. Cleanliness in an issue, stained rug, didn't change sheets. Bar was great, service otherwise was spotty. Beautiful location but just had issues."

"The hotel was in a great location in Chelsea. We ate dinner at a local restaurant, caught the water taxi, which was a very short walk away, and got something snacks at the small market across the street. The downside was we couldn’t figure out the a/c, and we couldn’t leave the windows cracked open because of the street noise. There weren’t many place to put things - a small wardrobe, no hooks in the bathroom. The lighting was very dim, even in the bathroom mirror light they did provide a magnifying lighted mirror which made putting on makeup a little easier. Their breakfast was a little expensive, but we did have dinner in their restaurant one night and were pleased. All in all everything was satisfactory."

"Helpful staff. Aircon. Large comfortable bed. Good range of toiletries including conditioner. Good quality hairdryer but again no mirror at all to dry hair by or check full length. Fridge was useful for drinks and snacks bought from local supermarkets. Great location near tube and buses. Good restaurant - chicken Caesar salad was great- but was disappointed they had no Sunday roast available."

"Very well located hotel - just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station with Picadilly, District and Circle lines, so easy to get anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and public areas very clean. There is a nice outdoor deck and garden area to enjoy morning coffee. The water station is a nice touch - cold, bubbly or hot water taps and large bottles to bring it to the room. Good coffee/latte machine as well. Would definitely stay again here."
