"What a fabulous property in London’s Earls Court area. Calm, quiet, extremely clean, well appointed, perfectly comfortable beds and super quality linens. Most importantly, a hugely helpful and accommodating team of guest focused staff. The private garden an absolute treasure in London. A total holiday feel while on a business trip. "Great place to stay. Nice area to walk in. Convenient to Chelsea, South Kensington, museums by foot or public transportation. Close to Tube. Rooms quiet even though over a popular pub. Good breakfast, pub food good."

"Ein schönes kleines Hotel nahe der Subway Earl’s Court. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber modern, Safe, Klimaanlage, Fenster kann geöffnet werden. Leider war unser Doppelbett sehr schmal und auch etwas kurz. Es war ruhig, nur wenn im Zimmer über einem nachts ewig hin und her gelaufen wird, ist es störend. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und würden es - mit Zimmer mit einem größerem Bett - wieder buchen."

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Here is a clean comfortable spacious room that is set up for travellers. Great comfy bed clean bathroom well appointed. Everything you would want in a good hotel room. Add a competitive price and a central location good for busses and trains and it ticks an awful lot of boxes. But travellers like a coffee maker with cream provided, they like a kettle for tea with milk provided. They like a little fridge. How about an ironing board an Iron?? OK we didn't them but they were there! This is...
