"The concept of the hotel is good however, the amenities and bathroom was outdated. Needed a better deep clean and was quite old and rusting away. The water did not drain properly either! Room was quite dusty but otherwise spacious. "

"Quite but ridiculous small room, it’s way smaller than hotel in Tokyo and Hong Kong. It’s not even 100 sqft tbh. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the price at all. I know there are lots of better options for less than half of this price after I arrived London. No fridge, terrible breakfast! I just tried once I think it’s just ruin my day. You can get way better brunch with 10 pounds. I won’t trust the rating on Expedia anyone, better do more research yourself!"
