"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"I had the pleasant surprise of a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. As a solo traveller, I don't find the rooms too small. And the location is great – tucked down a quiet street, steps from the Earl's Court tube station. The staff were, as always, kind and attentive. I always enjoy staying here!"

"The fire alarm in my room went off on my first night at 4am. I asked why and was told it was a false alarm. The staff told me I wouldn’t be charged for the luggage storage I paid for but conveniently forgot about that. And at one point the digital key needed to access the buildings and room wasn’t working. We had to bang on the front door to get into the building and then had to be escorted to the room. This is possibly a “get what you paid for” situation, but it could have been better."

"I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my adult daughter. Was easy to walk to from the train station which we took from LHR airport. No need to get an expensive Uber or cab there are many train options to get you to Kensington. We arrived 30 minutes before check in but the front desk associates were very nice and accommodating and allowed us to check in. We were on the 4th floor. Very small elevator but does the job!
