The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. "I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

"This is our second time staying here. I don't know if I will stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge. It is close to Dollywood and convenient to several area restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean. My grandson loved the pool area and must have slid down the waterslide 100 times! The staff was great and very helpful. We also enjoyed the food at the Fins Bar and Chill."

"Went over to Dreammore for the buffet at dinner. Every item on the buffet was delicious. Normally buffet food is , well just buffet food, but on all their items they knocked it out of the park."

"I LOVE THIS HOTEL! It is in the most perfect location for a fabulous time at The Island without even having to get in your car. This hotel is beautiful and well planned out. I love the island vibe! It has a great roof top bar and pool that overlooks the fountain at the island. It smells great and is very welcoming! The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable! Cons: The shutters on the balcony doors let in way too much light... I felt like I was sleeping with the lights on....
