"Food was absolutely horrible. Location is bad nothing close to resort. Only option to get decent food is to leave the property but the property is not close to anything. Takes a $50 taxi ride to get to downtown to get to night life and good restaurants. Food very poor. All is based around selling you annoying timeshare. They literally assign you a timeshare specialist when you check in. Upon check out they assign another timeshare salesman to again try to sell you. The give fake credits to the spa or any excursion you might want to do. Only problem is the credits don't allow you to do anything unless you want to pay additional fees and charges. Staff says you can stack credits to put towards one treatment or excursion but when it comes down to booking the truth comes out and the credits are essentially worthless without going to their timeshare presentation. Also we were relaxing by one of the pools and we were abruptly told to leave the pool area cause they pool had been reserved for a private party. I have never been to a property and then told we could not use one of the pools. They reserved the best pool as well. See most of the pools at this property are not desireable beause of the massive wind that comes off the pacific side of the ocean. When you go downtown way different experience. You can swim in the ocean and enjoy the hot weather without being freezing cold. Can't swim in ocean by this resort as well. Not happy at all with this resort."
