"In the morning hour at Pacifica breakfast was good ,but I had some potatoes and they had a foul smell.I told the attendant and he went to the kitchen and told me it was fine ,but it was not, the hash browns were always cold .Was a little disappointed."

"We enjoyed the proximity to town and to the airport. We also liked the variety of dining options, including the snack bar and the cevicheria. The facility was clean, the pools were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room A/C worked well and the beds were relatively comfortable. We didn’t use the tennis courts but they looked great and are in excellent condition. We particularly liked the Italian à la carte restaurant. Our room was very clean but could use some upgrading/maintenance. We appreciated having a balcony to dry wet swimsuits. The beach is narrower than in Nuevo Vallarta but is sandy and there are loungers. Unfortunately there are no palm trees for shade, and beach umbrellas are only available for rent from 3rd party vendors. The beach drops off after a few feet and has a bit of an undertow, but the water is clean and we still enjoyed the waves. There are lots of umbrellas around the pool areas. We liked the whole experience overall and felt it was good value. I would suggest that the hotel advertise the evening entertainment more and put a clearer description in the guest program because it was quite good but not well-attended other than the Disney night. The cevicheria also could use more highlighting because it is a very nice feature of this hotel, and the tostadas were delicious. Special thanks to the omelette station staff, Guadalupe in the buffet, and to Daniel in the pool area, but all of the staff were great."

"Can't recommend this place enough. Love everything about it. Our 3rd time visiting cabo and we've stayed at pueblo bonito sunset all times. The food is great and variety to choose from. The staff is so friendly! If your looking for place to stay pueblo bonito sunset is the best!"
