Every thing was excellent, that staff was super helpful and friendly, they made sure we were as comfortable as can be. The room was extremely beautiful and clean with amazing views and having a self pool was very nice and relaxing. The amenities were magnificent enjoying the natural environment and nature sea ocean water pool was extremely amazing.. my husband and I had a really great experience with this hotel and definitely come back to it and recommend it. As with every stay I have taken at Las Brisas (dating back to the early 1970's), this was more of the same. The best food, the best service, far-and-way the best scenery. I just don't know how the Las Brisas can improve!!! Bart McLendon

The view is fantastic and the staff was great. My only issues were a lack of consistency each day with some days not getting face cloths or only one hand towel. In addition, the last breakfast there were no napkins available on any tables. My wife also had to request tea each day, but often received coffee instead in the morning.

We had a most excellent stay at Las Brisas. We didn’t have a single problem, but if we did, there’s no doubt the staff was ready to help us solve it. All staff were welcoming, helpful, and made great recommendations about things to do or see. Being Expedia VIP members, Las a brisas provided us with several perks including an upgraded casita, a bottle of wine, discounts on food and beverages, etc. This is the ONLY place I would ever want to stay at in Acapulco as Las Brisas is a vacation on top of a vacation.

What a beautiful and relaxing resort! We had a private pool, 24/7 room services for any meal, nice and spacious room, clean, safe, and amazing staff. Our only concern were the amount of bugs roaming our room (5-10 each day). Of course there is only so much that can be done in a hot & humid environment. Bugs just thrive in these climatic conditions. So, we dealt with the bugs. We understood the problem and cut them some slack.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. Great "beach club" area with a nice regular pool plus 2 natural salt water pools. We really enjoyed the larger, deeper salt water pool. The downside is that the beach club is a distance from the hotel property and you need to access via hotel shuttle. The shuttle wait can be 15-20 minutes each time, no option to come and go freely from your room obviously. The room itself was large, king bed with shared pool with one other casita. The room could use some renovation, its dated for sure, but the cleaning staff did a great job. The room was generally infested with ants which was annoying, but it's Mexico, what are you going to do. I did feel they could do a better job controlling them. Leaving food out for even a few minutes anywhere in the room was impossible with the ants. It was nice having the shared pool and the patio of our casita was large and a nice place to sit and enjoy the amazing view. We were high up (so far) from the main reception, dining and gym area. They have jeep shuttles that will pick you up to take you to the main facilities and back. I walked a couple times but it's very steep and would be a challenge for most. The jeep shuttles work, but again, you need to wait when you need a ride. There is nothing in the immediate area in terms of other restaurants or stores. You need to travel down the hill into the Costa Azul zone. It's not walkable so again, you need a car or taxi. Glad we tried it, but we would stay elsewhere next time.

He having the room side pools made for wonderful evening with the family. Views of the bay were special as I sat with my drink and music. The restaurant is a perfect setting to pass a few hours with great food and service.
