"This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. "Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it. Breakfast good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. "

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"First off, let me start by saying that anyone who left a bad review of this hotel is a pretentious snob. The hotel, staff and service were all top notch. From the greeting the moment we arrived to a staff that went above and beyond catering to us, this place was amazing. We lucked out being able to upgrade our rooom to a balcony with a canal view WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! The location was perfect. Close to all the cool historical sights and about a 3 min walk from any food you can imagine. "
