"Everything was nice except the rooms was not what we booked. We booked for 3 families and we all got different size rooms which caused conflict. Also the fact that everywhere we went smelled cat pee cause their was so many cats."

"The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. "Beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The host was incredibly kind and offered great tips for exploring São Miguel. Perfect location to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."
