"Front desk staff very friendly. It’s an old hotel but that’s part of the charm. Like most places in Germany there is no air conditioning in the individual rooms (so don’t complain - this is common here) but the man at the front desk offered me a fan as I was staying on the top floor room. It was 33 degrees last weekend so it was very hot but the view from my window was amazing and it was conveniently close to the hiking path I travelled there for. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again :)"

"We liked the hotel and service. The rooms could have been cleaner, but they were comfortable. The location of the hotel is not great. There's not a ton to do directly around the neighborhood and going to Mannheim's city centre requires either a long walk, a car ride or some sort of public transit option that we did not explore."

"We were happy with the hotel, decent restaurant….but when we got to the room, no A/C. All rooms on 2 had no a/c. It wasn’t too bad as they provided a fan but on hotter days would be warm at night. It wasn’t apparent when I booked through Expedia there would be no cooling."

"Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Zustand des Gebäudes nicht mehr ganz neu, davor das Frühstück ist toll, Personal nett und wir gehen immer gerne in den Pool und die Sauna "
