"It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude.
