"Good hotel, not exceptional. TV in the room worked, but kept pixelating and couldn’t watch. Rang for room service , no one answered, kept ringing off."

"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. "Fantastic service and very helpful staff but if you want a good night's sleep make sure your room is away from the front of the hotel. Smokers and other guests meet outside from early morning and are not quiet."
