"Had a great time however definitely a couple things that I would change! The premium club seems a bit aggressive in my opinion. On the second day we had someone from this premium club join us for breakfast which honestly I did not want because it is unnecessaryand so awkward. They meet you and will literally talk to you about everything but the price of this membership. Total waste of time and honestly did not want my vacation to start of this way.
On the first day, we saw our room which had 2 double beds instead of a king bed which was unfortunate because my husband and I were there to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and did not think we would need to sleep separately. That being said I had reached out to the resort prior as well letting them know about our anniversary. This room was also old, there were spaces between the floorboards as well as what looked like tape between the walls behind the headboard of the bed. Our 11 month old could not crawl on the floor because of the spaces in the floorboard. We went and spoke to reception who basically told us a king bed isn't promised. I wasn't impressed by this receptionist. His attitude was baffling and made it seem like he did us a favour by putting us in a king bedroom for the next day. The next room we were in was way better.
Mercedes, our room cleaner was amazing and so was Mike's Cafe! Wander, the waiter at the Italian restaurant was also amazing! The food at the resort was fantastic as well."
