"Very large hotel with groups of guests checking in constantly. Convenient location. Many restaurants nearby"

"Nice and friendly staff. Rooms were a bit dated, but overall nice and safe location ."

"This is a great hotel located conveniently close to Victoria Station. The breakfast buffet had everything you could think of. It was a great way to start our days. The entire hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Good location"

"This was a very convenient stay right outside Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and easy to check in and drop bags after a long day of travel."

"Not my type of accommodation Claustrophobic, poor illumination Not house cleaning after 5 days of been there Not even one small bed side table or area to use for storage Too minimalist for my taste"

"Beautiful, tidy, pleasant staff!"

"Location and the staff were great"

"Conveniently located to major attractions, short walking distance to the Waterloo Station, lots of amenities within minutes of walking. The room was very well appointed and extremely clean, staff were professional and always eager to help and answer questions, even though the hotel was on a busy street I found the room was able to block out almost all of the traffic noise and made it pleasant to sleep at night. I definitely will stay again!"
