"I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. "OMG! I always book my hotel in Courtyard or any Marriott hotel, but this hotel is excellent! The GM is super nice along with her staff. We met this operational person and he was super duper nice. We also had a complimentary bottled water for each of us too. 💯 for this hotel."
