"Updated, clean and good amenities. I like more power in my shower, no in room safe and the auto close bathroom door was a bit of an experience, but otherwise no criticisms. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious for two people, pool was great and there is an exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot on property and was well lit. Starbucks and McDonald’s are a 5 minute walk if you didn’t want to eat onsite at their restaurant. Good experience!"

She kept taking calls and was moving at an exceptionally slow pace. When we got to our room it was pretty bare bones but given the price it was ok. "The property is very noisy. The hotel is adjacent to a freeway and you can hear the heavy trucks all night. The floors are very squeaky. We heard the person above us take every step. It was very annoying. We have stayed at other Home2Stay hotel. This one did not meet the standard."

"Got to the hotel after our flight from London at 12 as we’d been booked for 3 weeks in advance. Got to property by taxi because the shuttle driver had just not turned up! Then we arrived and front desk told us that they’d oversold and we had no room. It was 1 AM and we got told we had to go to another hotel. The girl at the desk was lovely and sorted our hotel and aloft have said they will cover it. Was incredibly shocked and disappointed."

I am Diamond Member and Platinum Member of each, but ut just isn't worth staying in those chains when you need to pay double the rate of a La Quinta."
