"This was my 3rd time staying at The Delavan. My husband and I absolutely love the hotel and the restaurants. The food and entertainment are top tier. Our room is always perfect. What I love most is seeing Sonny's smiling face when we arrive to greet us. This facility will not disappoint. "

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. They do need to renovate the breakfast service, but besides that everything was great."

"The staff were not very helpful. The front desk person didn't let us know that we had to put a parking pass in our car when he gave us our keys. We found out about the parking pass after we got to our room. So we had to go out to our car again! He was also not helpful when we told him the wifi was not working. The waffle maker was not functioning properly. The insides of the waffles were not cooked through."
