"The rooms are excellent- spacious and well appointed, modern and clean, and finally with an iron and ironing board! The breakfast buffet met expectations…., but I don’t think I met any staff member who was able to do their job without difficulty. There was a technical issue that made check-in lengthy, and the taps weren’t working at the bar. At evening meal time, there was only one person serving there. She did her best, but every tiny action took forever and it wasn’t easy to get attention,...

"ブラッセル南駅の目の前なので交通利便性が高い。出入口のセキュリティにも気を配っている。部屋は窓が中庭に向いているので意外と静かで穏やか。デスクとソファがあって広さも十分なので快適。ただチェックアウト時刻が11時と早い。荷物は地下の有料ロッカーに預けることになる。大きいサイズは9ユーロ。南駅のロッカーは9.5ユーロなのでそれよりは安いけど、チェックアウトが早い分、荷物預かりはフリーにして欲しいところ。"

"Had a lovely one night stay. Can't recommend highly enough. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. They had even noticed that it was my birthday & left a wonderful message & balloons in the room. Our room was comfy & spacious, the common areas very useful & practical with drinking water, microwave & fridge available. The surrounding area is quite "urban" & maybe a bit sketchy but we walked into the city centre & to the midi station & felt perfectly safe."

"Novotel is a professional hotel chain offering good modern service. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!"

"Our family vacationed in Brussels and stayed at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi for three nights. The check-in process was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the hotel’s location right next to the train station, which made it very convenient to travel to our daily destinations and attractions. There is also a food hall inside the station, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snack whenever needed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay...

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."
