"clean room, nice staff, fair amenities "

"まだ新しめのホステルなのかな？部屋も設備も綺麗で快適でした！ 全部屋プールに行きやすい作りで、プール好きな人は1階が良さそう！ ただwifiが入りずらかった。設定色々試したのですが。。 周辺もラチャダに慣れてる人なら動きやすいポイント！コンビニも徒歩3分圏内！"

"Spotless with courteous staff, great value for money. Simple room with no extras burnt we were only there to sleep. We were very pleased with the room. "

"Good hotel, near to MRT. Decent price. Clean environment."

"Clean, quiet accommodation, good service and convenient transportation. 100 meters from Huai Khwang Night Market and 500 meters from Huai Khwang Subway Station. There are shopping places. and lots of food"

"Simple, but functional, room interior furnishing. I had a smooth and comfortable stay here. A good value for money budget accommodation. Need to ask the staff to guide you on the "concealed" short-cut to get to the main road and MRT Station."

"I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The location is convenient, close Sutisan Mrt and restaurants, markets making it easy to explore that area. My room was simple but clean and equipped with all the essentials like air conditioning and a comfy bed, The staff were friendly and helpful, overall, for the price. Nicha Residence is a great value for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I'd definitely recommend it!"

"I believe this is a brand new hotel. If it is not, they keep it incredibly clean. We only spent one night here but the rooms were spacious with a large closet for all luggage and nice bathroom."
