"The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. "I was a solo traveler and felt safe and accommodated during my stay. The food was good. The staff was friendly and available. The AC unit in the room worked and they had a big smart TV in the room. I will stay again"

The resort lacked night time entertainment. I would have loved to see beach parties and parties on the patio area. I would go back for a relaxing vacation. "It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. The area was also a little noisy because music was being blasted well past 10 p.m. on a Monday night which wasn't that bad, but then I woke up to a lot of banging fron 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m. There was also constant foot traffic and talking by my door around that time. "We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!"

"This is a hidden f close to the airport. I really enjoy the stay it had a nice big bed and was clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient. I like that my room was facing the criteria pool they have. Now they I found this place I will be back"

"Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so."

"I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."
